Amanda cares about…

Supporting education and empowering young leaders in agriculture are important to Amanda, as shown by her continued giving and involvement in Agriculture Future of America (AFA) since 2009 and a lifetime membership in its Alliance Alumni Network. Recently, Amanda served as a coach to a college student through the AFA Fellowship Program, which they successfully completed. Looking forward, Amanda plans on starting an AFA Community Scholarship to give graduating seniors from Eastern Oregon the same opportunities she had.

Get to know Amanda

Amanda enjoys anything that allows her to be creative and loves travel, going to her family’s cabin in the Blue Mountains, live music, and cheering on the Portland Trail Blazers and her beloved K-State Wildcats. She prefers to take her stress out on a boxing bag, and she really wishes she lived closer to a Trader Joes.
