Pac/West Lobby Group is pleased to welcome Sarie Long as Director of Housing, Real Estate Policy, and Association Management. A licensed Principal Broker and second-generation REALTOR® member with extensive industry experience, Long brings a strong background in managing local real estate associations while supporting their membership and advocacy goals.

We partner with organizations on managing day-to-day operations, communications, and long-term strategy, and Sarie’s real-world experience makes her a perfect fit for this role.”

Long grew up immersed in the real estate industry and decided to pursue her REALTOR® license while attending Oregon State University. What was initially intended to be a short-term path blossomed into a fulfilling career, as she would go on to earn her Principal Broker license and helped manage The Gysin Realty Group in Salem from 2019-23.

She earned accolades along the way from the Mid Valley Association of REALTORS® (MVAR) — including the 2017 REALTOR® Rising Star award and 2021 REALTOR® of the Year — and later took over as Executive Director of the Willamette Association of REALTORS® in 2023, expanding her experience and passion for association leadership.

When Pac/West began managing MVAR last year, Long was essential in training our staff to ensure a seamless transition. With her industry knowledge and relationships, Long will continue to serve MVAR and the Springfield REALTORS® with Pac/West.

Outside of work, Long enjoys spending time outdoors, attending rodeos, and staying engaged in her community through volunteer work. She loves spending time with her husband, Levi, their young daughter, Oakley, and dogs Graci and Jetson.
