Pac/West Lobby Group believes in the power of community service to enhance the places where we live and work. Our team actively contributes to local charities supporting youth development, public safety, assistance for people with disabilities, and more. Whether it’s through volunteer work, sponsorships, or providing pro bono services, these partnerships are essential to our mission of creating stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities.
Below are the organizations we proudly support. Learn how these incredible groups are making a difference, and how Pac/West is contributing to their success.
Agape House
Agape House is the regional food bank in Eastern Oregon that provides food to families through its facility in Hermiston, direct delivery to farmworkers, and through the weekend backpack program in local schools. Pac/West Lobby Group sponsors the annual golf tournament for Eastern Oregon Mission, the parent organization of Agape House.
Boys & Girls Club
Pac/West Lobby Group is the title sponsor of the annual Corporate Shootout Golf Tournament hosted by the Boys & Girls Club of Salem, Marion, and Polk Counties. Money raised in the tournament helps sustain essential programs focused on empowering children to reach their full potential, such as education, recreation, and mentorship.
By partnering with the Boys & Girls Club, Pac/West strives to invest in Oregon’s youth, helping them to build brighter futures.
Hermiston Education Foundation
Pac/West Lobby Group is proud to sponsor the Hermiston Education Foundation’s annual dinner and auction, which raises money for scholarships, grants, and educational programs for students in the Hermiston School District. HSD is the largest district in eastern Oregon, exceeding 5,300 students and continuing to experience steady enrollment growth.
We are deeply committed to our partners statewide, strengthening local connections between educators, families, and businesses.
Martha’s House
Martha’s House is the transitional family shelter program in Hermiston that provides resources for families experiencing homelessness, including safe housing, mentorship, and life skills training. Pac/West Lobby Group sponsors a room at the facility which includes purchasing household basics that each family uses while in Martha’s House and then takes with them when they move into permanent housing.
Punx With Purpose
Punx with Purpose is a Salem-based nonprofit dedicated to aiding at-risk youth, providing them with resources and mentorship through events like “Punx in the Park,” a free resource fair and punk rock concert at Marion Square Skate Park. As a food sponsor in 2024, Pac/West helped provide 500 free meals to at-risk and homeless youth and teens.
We believe strongly in Punx with Purpose’s mission and recognize the importance of having safe spaces and guidance for at-risk youth, which empowers them to become productive members of the community.
Anti-Defamation League
Pac/West supports the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) by providing pro bono lobbying services that align with our shared commitment to combatting hate and promoting fair treatment for all. Together, Pac/West and ADL have advanced policies addressing discrimination, anti-Semitism, and hate crimes.
We believe in creating a more inclusive society, and by partnering with ADL, we can influence positive changes and conversations that advance equity and tolerance.
Believe In Your Community
Believe In Your Community is a key nonprofit in the Salem-Keizer area focused on public safety and community engagement. By sponsoring the group’s annual Cornhole Tournament, Pac/West helps to raise money for the “Shop With a Cop” program, connecting police officers with underprivileged children to buy things like back-to-school clothes and school supplies.
This sponsorship not only strengthens community ties with law enforcement, but directly contributes to building a supportive and safe environment for kids.

Salem Main Street Association
The Salem Main Street Association advocates for a vibrant downtown Salem. Pac/West supports this mission by purchasing annual holiday decorations and volunteering to set them up with downtown businesses. We also actively participate in the annual Holiday Parade, drawing visitors from all over to our community.
This engagement reflects Pac/West’s commitment to supporting Salem’s economic vibrancy, providing unique opportunities for local restaurants to reach new customers during one of the city’s most celebrated events.
Salem Police Foundaton
Public safety is vital for our community, which is why Pac/West supports the Salem Police Foundation. The foundation provides essential funding and resources to help the Salem Police Department purchase advanced equipment, strengthen community engagement through events like “Breakfast with the Chief,” and improve training for our police officers — all to better serve Salem residents.
B.U.L.L. Session
The B.U.L.L. Session, based in Portland, was created by business leaders in 1991 and has gone on to become one of Oregon’s largest charity events — raising more than $7.6 million for local nonprofit partners including Albertina Kerr’s Crisis Psychiatric Care Center; Gales Creek Camp Foundation; March of Dimes; Shriners Hospital for Children, Portland; Swindell’s Resource Center at Providence Child Center; and Wheel to Walk Foundation.
Pac/West is proud to support these charities and events, serving a variety of worthwhile causes in our communities.
McLaran Foundation
Pac/West proudly supports the McLaran Foundation’s Leadership Salem and Emerging Leaders programs, which help to foster new leaders and professional development in our community. Each year, we help to organize speakers for Leadership Salem’s government learning day and provide development sessions for Emerging Leaders’ events.
Additionally, the McLaran Foundation was instrumental in creating local Family Fun Nights. Pac/West is a year-long program sponsor, reflecting our commitment to enriching Salem through meaningful, family-friendly events.
