Josie Hankins

Josie is our in-house expert on organizing and pulling off impactful public events from board meetings to large conferences customized to the needs of our clients. She also supports clients through invoicing and contract management.

She has two decades of experience in customer service, meeting planning, inventory, and budgeting. She organizes meetings with clients and staff, arranges meeting venues and the associated services required. She sources materials for the office and ensures all necessary tools are available to meet client needs.

Joining the team in 2023, Josie has curated an impressive rolodex of vendors and partners to meet any event’s needs.

Josie cares about…

Taking the guesswork out of events for clients. By taking care of the big unknowns and small details, Josie reduces stress so people can enjoy the event they’ve invested time and energy into. She manages the moving parts extremely well and creates a positive experience for all attendees.

Get to know Josie

Since moving back to Oregon, she has been a catering director and planned various events. She has been a volunteer coach and enjoys watching her son play football as a South Salem High School senior and watching college football on weekends.
